The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas played host to Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Alumni Forum on August 13, where Nina Vaca got the opportunity to speak to over 100 small business owners. In a fireside chat format Vaca spoke about starting her own small business which has turned into Pinnacle Group, a workforce solutions powerhouse with over $1 billion in revenue. She also spoke about the ways that she has learned to combine her business ventures with her philanthropic efforts instead of keeping them separated, as she had in the past. She also encouraged the alumni of Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses to continue pursuing their goals and dreams.
