Los Angeles, CA – September 6th, 2017 – Pinnacle Group Chairman and CEO Nina Vaca was honored as the “2017 Entrepreneur or the Year” by the Latina Global Executive Leadership & Entrepreneur Institute in partnership with the USC Marshall School of Business. She was selected for her entrepreneurship vision, tenacity, innovation and leadership as the Chairman and CEO of Pinnacle Group and for her unwavering commitment to the empowerment and development of Latina Executive Leaders and Entrepreneurs. Nina was honored alongside four other honorees including: Rosario Marin- 1st Treasurer of the US with the “Champion Award”; Rosie Rios – 43rd Treasurer of the US with the “Trailblazer Award”; Raul Vargas – Founding Exec. Dir., USC Latino Alumni Association – with the “Legacy of Leadership Lifetime Impact Award”; and Natalie Lopez – 2017 Cohort Latina Global Executive Leadership Institute – with the “Dr. Yasmin Davidds Award”
