Dearborn, Michigan, July 27, 2016 – Nina Vaca was featured as part of a panel discussion and fashion show at the Michigan Minority Supplier Development Council’s inaugural Minority Business Women’s Conference. Supported by every major company in Detroit, the conference focused on business, procurement, joint ventures, and finance, with a little bit of fashion. Vaca is inspired by women coming together to support each other. Fellow panelists included Pamela Prince-Eason, President of the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council, Joset B. Wright, President of the National Minority Supplier Development Council, and Susan Allen, President of the U.S. Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce. The event was made possible by Michelle Sourie Robinson, the first female president of the MMSDC. When women work together, they are truly unstoppable.
